Nissan Sport photographer Mark Boudoucies shot the SCCA National at Road Atlanta March 23. Greg Ira debuted a new paint scheme and bodywork on his E- Production 240Z. He blew a motor in Saturday qualifying and had to run to Jacksonville, FL, to pick up a new one. He worked all night and made the race the following morning. Ira finished a strong second to a Lotus 7 even though he got only a few practice laps in on Saturday. We expect Ira to be strong at the VIR Double in April. In GT2, Fletcher Williams won in his #21 240SX and Steve Spiers took 2nd place in GT3 in his #91 Nissan--and set a new track record for the class.
